This Privacy Policy explains how YSoft Group, LLC, doing business as RVN Core ("RVN Core," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rvncore.com (the "Site"), contact us, or book a meeting with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or book a meeting, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. When you book a meeting, we also collect the date and time you choose and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This includes pages visited, time spent on pages, the website that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate location (such as city or country). See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not send it through our forms.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• Schedule and hold meetings you book with us
• Keep records of our communications and business relationships
• Send you information about our services, if you have agreed to receive it (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
• Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, including HubSpot (customer relationship management, forms, email, and meeting scheduling through HubSpot Meetings), Google (Google Analytics), Cloudflare (Turnstile, to protect our forms from spam and abuse), and our website hosting provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often you visit the Site and which pages you view. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. HubSpot

We use HubSpot to manage contacts, inquiries, and meeting bookings. When you submit a form or book a meeting, your information is stored in our HubSpot account, and HubSpot cookies may link your submission to your earlier visits to the Site. HubSpot's handling of data is described in the HubSpot Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and tracking across sites

You can control cookies through our cookie banner and through your browser settings. Third parties such as Google and HubSpot may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still use the cookie banner and the opt-out tools above.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact and meeting information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We then delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics cookies expire as described in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your choices

• Review, correct, or delete your information: email us at hello@rvncore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Cookies: change your choices with the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer or through your browser.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and in the locations where our service providers operate.

12. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the following also applies to you.

Legal bases. We process your personal data on these bases:

• Consent: analytics cookies (Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics cookies) and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie Settings" or the unsubscribe link, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.
• Steps before a contract, or a contract: responding to your request for a proposal, scheduling meetings, and providing services you hire us for.
• Legitimate interests: answering general inquiries, keeping business records, and protecting the Site against spam and abuse. Our interest is running and securing our business. You can object to this processing.
• Legal obligation: keeping records required by tax and accounting laws.

Do you have to give us your data? No law requires you to give us your data. Without your contact details, we cannot respond to your inquiry or schedule a meeting.

International transfers. We and our service providers process data in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK equivalents) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider participates. Your rights. Subject to the conditions in the law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email hello@rvncore.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will also place a notice on the Site.
